Description
Port Main Royal Ocean's Edge is a self-catering double-storey unit situated on the edge of the ocean at Port St Francis Bay. It's one of 8 private, exclusive, secure units boasting an uninterrupted sea view and easy access to a lovely, private, golden beach, and safe swimming and snorkeling.
The unit comfortably accommodates 4 guests. It features an open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen that opens onto a patio with a braai and a grassed area just 10 meters from the crashing waves. The bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom includes a balcony with sea views, a king-size bed, and a study or workspace. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with a view of the waves, a shower, a double basin, and a toilet with a bidet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. This bathroom also includes an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.
In the private, secure complex, guests can enjoy a communal swimming pool, a lawned area, and a beautiful private beach.
Local activities include coastal and harbour walks, fishing, and deep-sea boat trips. Two excellent restaurants are within a short, safe walk around the scenic harbour. The village centre, just a few minutes away by car, offers a Spar grocery store, pharmacy, bottle store, clothing shops, and hair salon. There are also various restaurant options with views of the canal, lighthouse, and beach, along with live music and entertainment. Tennis, padel and squash courts are available. There is also an indoor swimming pool, Liquid Lines and a gym.
If you're a cyclist, there is a designated track around the scenic village through the surrounding foliage and over the dunes. Amazing wildlife can cross your path if you catch it early.
