Portofino 1 is a lovely upmarket villa located in a secure complex in Shaka's Rock, Ballito. This beautifully furnished home has a private braai and swimming pool.
This double-storey villa can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms. The spacious main suite is air-conditioned and furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. In the fourth bedroom, there is a bunk bed suited for 2 children. These 3 rooms also have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.
The air-conditioned main living area on the ground floor features an open-plan design with a kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, ice machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a 6-seater breakfast bar. A dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer are available.
Leading from the kitchen is the dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together and the lounge has comfortable couches and a TV and a full selection of DSTV channels. Through the stacking doors, there is a covered patio with outdoor furniture, a swimming pool and a built-in braai.
