Praslin 4 is a lovely self-catering apartment located in a secure complex in Ramsgate. It is ideal for friends and family who are looking for a relaxing and convenient homebase from where they can explore and enjoy the surrounding areas.
This apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has access to an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. Linen is provided, however guests are required to bring their own bath and beach towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living room is furnished with comfortable couches, a TV and a dining table. Should guests wish to watch DStv, they are required to bring their own decoder, smartcard and cables.
Guests have access to a covered balcony with dining table and partial ocean views, a communal swimming pool with braai facilities as well as secure parking on the premises.
