The house can comfortably accommodate 12 adults in spacious rooms. The house consists of 6 adult bedrooms, furnished with 1 king, 2 queen, 1 double and 4 single beds. It includes an additional bedroom furnished with 3 child-only bunk beds that can sleep 6 children. There are 3 bathrooms, fitted with either a bath or a shower and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove, cutlery, crockery, kettle, etc. The living area includes a dining table and ample, comfortable couches. This opens onto a patio with outdoor seating and a built-in braai. The house also opens onto a garden with a firepit and outdoor seating overlooking the ocean.
Secure parking in a double garage is available to guests during their stay. There is an extra fridge and deep freezer in the garage. Additionally, the house includes an alarm system, security beams, a laundry room, a solar geyser, solar power and a backup rain tank system.
