Description

Pumula is a guest farm situated 7 km outside of Fouriesburg in the Eastern Free State highlands. The region boasts fantastic scenery, many various outdoor activities and Anglo-Boer War history. It is situated south of Bethlehem and on the border with Lesotho.

The self-catering accommodation is spread over 3 chalets and 3 apartments. There is a communal outdoor swimming pool and many photography opportunities.

Attractions close by includes Clarens with its art galleries, pubs, and restaurants, Basotho Cultural Village, Golden Gate National Park, Lesotho's Katsi dam, snow-skiing and fishing, Fouriesburg's beautiful sandstone buildings, spectacular views and scenery as well as 3 golf courses close by.

Lesotho is well known for the Highlands Water Project, and a tour of the Katsi dam wall is a must. Go skiing at AfriSki in winter, or just play around in the snow. It is a twenty-minute drive from Clarens.
