Description
This self-catering apartment is located in the seaside town of Strand. The studio is located approximately 900 m from the Strand beach and 30 km from Cape Town International Airport. It is also close to Somerset Mall, golf courses and various wine routes. Stellenbosch is a mere 19 km drive past beautiful vineyards.
Purple Daisy Guest Studio comprises an open-plan seating, living and sleeping area as well as an en-suite bathroom and a kitchenette.
The sleeping area had air conditioning and is furnished with a queen size bed and a built-in cupboard. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, a basin, and a toilet. Shampoo, soap and 1 set of towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a mini-oven with a 3-plate stove, a bar fridge, a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cutlery and a breakfast nook. The seating area is furnished with a comfortable couch that can convert to a sleeper couch, and a flat-screen TV with full DStv (PVR) channels. There is also free Wi-Fi. The flat also has a linked alarm.
The apartment also features a private entrance, a secure parking behind a remote control gate and a small garden with a portal braai, couch and umbrella. Wood is provided.
Daily cleaning services can also be provided at an extra cost (arrange with the owner).
