Description
Ramsgate Palms 74 is a self-catering apartment situated in Ramsgate and is very close to the main beach, and offers a view of the local beach and lagoon.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, and the second bathroom is fitted with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. Linen is supplied, but guests are required to bring their own towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge has a comfy couch, 2 cane chairs, and a flat-screen TV with DStv and Netflix which can be streamed, on your own account, via unlimited Wi-Fi (fibre). There is a balcony off the lounge with a kettle braai and patio furniture available for your use. This apartment also has a UPS system for uninterrupted viewing during loadshedding.
There is a carport allocated to your unit for one vehicle, and there are laundry facilities and a swimming pool in the complex.
The Ramsgate main beach is about 200 m away from the complex and there are restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
