Sam's House is fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the main house. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second room has 2 single beds. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals, such as a fridge, microwave, gas stove and a coal-powered stove for winter.
The lounge has comfortable wicker furniture as well as a furnished little stoep to relax on. Parking is available on the grassy verge outside the property. Sam’s Cottage is a short stroll from the renowned Bell River where one can go tubing or fishermen can take delight in fly fishing.
The village enjoys regular snowfalls in the winter months.
