Riverside Lodge is located on the banks of the Grobbelaars river in the centre of Oudtshoorn, 2.7 km from the Cango Wildlife Ranch. The Swartberg Pass is 28 km from the property with a host of attractions nearby, including but not limited to, the Cango Caves, Meiringspoort, waterfalls, game farms, ostrich show farms, olive farms and wine estates.

Accommodation features individually decorated guest rooms and artist inspired log cottages. All rooms and log cottages are air-conditioned and contain flat-screen TV's with selected DStv channels. They also feature private en-suite bathrooms with complimentary toiletries, bathrobes, towels and a hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout the property and there is ample secure off-street parking for vehicles.

There is an outdoor pool on the elevated wooden deck with views of the Swartberg mountains as well as the Grobbelaars river below. Guests can enjoy a drink at the on-site pool sidebar. A freshly prepared breakfast is served daily and guests can enjoy a cheese board with a glass of wine from the lodge’s selection in the afternoon.
