Description

Roodegrond RivierKamp is located on a working citrus and potato farm, about 9 km from the natural and peaceful Patensie. Guests drive through the orange gardens and potato fields to get to the campsite. The farm is on its way to the Baviaanskloof, along the Gamtoos River.

There is a communal ablution block with hot showers, flush toilets and a washing area. Power, water and braai drums are provided. Guests are welcome to make use of the 3 kayaks available. Braai wood can be ordered in advance at an extra cost. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Campers can go fishing, kayaking, swimming, hiking, and mountain biking.
