Description
San Lameer Villa 10429 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 Blue Flag beaches.
This air-conditioned villa can accommodate 10 guests at a time and comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed, the third bedroom has a double bed and the remaining 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. All bathrooms are fitted with a bath and a shower and 3 of these bathrooms are en-suite. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for guests to enjoy their meals together. The lounge is cosy with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with DStv and Wi-Fi.
This living area opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and braai facilities which is a great spot for a sundowner in the evening while the fire is burning. During load shedding, this unit is backed up by an inverter.
Relax at the estate's communal swimming pools or spoil yourself with beautiful views. San Lameer also offers expansive leafy surroundings, gardens for picnics, a children’s play area, bicycles for hire, a fishing dam and a bird viewing dam. Guests can also enjoy the communal braai areas and hiking trails.
