San Lameer Villa 14304 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.
This tastefully designed villa can accommodate 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath. The remaining bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds and feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower or a bath. Each bedroom offers air-conditioning and direct access to a balcony that boasts views of the estate. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The air-conditioned living area features a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The dining area is furnished with a dining table suitable for 6 guests. The lounge area is furnished with a comfortable lounge suite, a coffee table and a TV with DStv. The living area also boasts an air-conditioned bar with a TV and 5 stools. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
