Description
San Lameer Villa 14318 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.
This villa can accommodate 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms. The first 2 bedrooms are both furnished with a king-size bed and feature full en-suite bathrooms with a bath and a shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms both have 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, respectively. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV with DStv. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. This space also has a bar where guests can enjoy a drink.
Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with an outdoor dining table and a gas braai and pizza oven. On the other end is an ocean-view patio with another table and chairs as well as an inviting swimming pool for guests to enjoy while admiring the views.
Relax at the estate's communal swimming pools or spoil yourself with beautiful views. San Lameer also offers expansive leafy surroundings, gardens for picnics, a children’s play area, bicycles for hire, a fishing dam and a bird viewing dam. Guests can also enjoy the communal braai areas and hiking trails.
