Description

San Lameer Villa 2516 is a lovely ground floor bachelor self-catering villa located in the secure and popular San Lameer estate. The villa is conveniently located, within walking distance to many leisure and sport facilities. The security controlled estate offers beach access, swimming pools, tennis and squash courts, golf, a children’s' playground, and bird watching.

This open-plan villa can comfortably accommodate 2 guests, but also has a sofa bed for 1 child below the age of 6 years and comprises a bedroom area, a bathroom, and a kitchen and living area. The bedroom contains a double bed, and the bathroom contains both a bath and a shower while the open plan living area has the sofa bed.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a microwave, a fridge, and a stove. The comfortable lounge area features a TV with streaming capabilities. The villa opens out onto a patio with outdoor dining furniture and Weber-braai facilities. Wi-Fi is available at an additional cost.

The San Lameer estate also has a small shop, some lovely restaurants, and a liquor store, as well as a library where you can access free Wi-Fi and rent DVDs.
