Description
San Lameer Villa 2535 is a self-catrering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.
The air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a TV and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. This bedroom also has access to a balcony that boasts a view of the surrounding San Lameer Estate and golf course. The other bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds, air-conditioning and access to a patio with comfortable chairs and 2 recliner chairs. The remaining bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. All linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The living area features a lounge, dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, bar fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs and is air-conditioned. The lounge area is furnished with a comfortable couch suite and a TV.
The patio that leads from the lounge comprises a comfortable outdoor lounge suite, a small table, a free-standing braai, and a dining table with 6 chairs and boasts a view of San Lameer Estate. Guests also have access to a communal braai area located on the estate.
The villa is equipped with a water tank and an inverter for the TV, Wi-Fi and lights.
