Description
San Lameer Villa 3213 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 Blue Flag beaches.
This villa can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children at a time as it comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a child-only bunk bed available in the third bedroom. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine is available too. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with DStv.
This living area opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table, sun loungers and braai facilities which is a great spot for a sundowner in the evening while the fire is burning.
Relax at the estate's communal swimming pools or spoil yourself with beautiful views. San Lameer also offers expansive leafy surroundings, gardens for picnics, a children’s play area, bicycles for hire, a fishing dam and a bird viewing dam. Guests can also enjoy the communal braai areas and hiking trails.
