Sandpiper is a spectacular beachfront holiday home situated in the sought-after area of Cape St. Francis Resort. This stylish beach-style home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests making it ideal for a family or group of friends.
The accommodation features 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, the third and fourth have 2 single beds each, and the fifth bedroom has a double bed. Bedrooms 1 and 3 feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower while bedrooms 2, 4, and 5 feature en-suite bathrooms equipped with a shower only. Each room contains an electronic safe, heater, TV, hairdryer, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and distilled water.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The lounge features comfortable couches as well as a dining area.
The house offers superb sunset views from the balconies and a lovely swimming pool. The swimming pool is open and fully functional. There is a borehole on site and the property makes use of well water.
