Description
Seabatical is a beautiful large self-catering home set high on a hill in Old Place in Knysna with amazing views of the Knysna Heads and lagoon. This is a quiet and peaceful area which is a walk or a short drive drive from the Waterfront or main town centre.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be converted to a king-size bed. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The second bathroom contains a bath and a handheld shower attachment, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and there is also a large scullery that contains a dishwasher and a washer dryer. The dining area contains a large 8-seater dining table. The living area contains 2 sleeper couches for an additional 2 guests.
Outside there is covered patio with outdoor furniture and built-in braai facilities. The patio leads to a swimming pool deck with an amazing salt water pool, and a large garden which is pet friendly.
There is a flat on the property, but the facilities are completely private.
