Seabird Point is a charming, self-catering home located in a private nature reserve on the beach, 4 km from Britannia Bay in the West Coast.
The property boasts fantastic views of the ocean from most of the rooms and the deck. This beach villa comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main and second and third bedrooms each have a double bed. The bathrooms have a shower or bath, with a basin and toilet.
The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, oven and stove, and crockery and cutlery. There is also a built-in fireplace. The open-plan living area has a dining table with seating, and the lounge also boasts a fireplace, and sofas to relax on. The living area leads out to the deck, which leads down to the beach.
The nature reserve boasts more than 5 km of beachfront, and is well-known for its spectacular sunsets, walking and mountain biking trails to explore. The property is also ideally situated 9 km from Shelley Point Golf Club.
