Seagull's View is nestled in Chintsa East, a seaside village located 38 km from the city of East London. The property boasts ocean and lush forest views and is the ideal destination for those seeking a relaxing retreat near the sea.
This tastefully furnished double-storey house comprises 5 bedrooms and sleeps 10 guests at a time. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. Three of the rooms are furnished with a queen-size bed each and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, or a shower and bath, toilet and basin. The fifth bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Four bedrooms offer ocean views and private pool decks.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine with grind, please bring your own coffee beans for this machine. The spacious living area boasts a dining table, a seating space with a TV, a cosy lounge suite, and a built-in braai area with lovely views of the sea. It opens onto a balcony with an outdoor dining table.
The ground floor opens onto a wooden deck with outdoor seating leading to a swimming pool and garden where guests can unwind. Furthermore, the house features a solar power system, water tanks, and an alarm system with armed response. Free Wi-Fi and ample parking for 4 vehicles is available.
