Description
Seascape is lovely self-catering sea-front cottage for 4 people in Betty’s Bay, and a sandy path offers easy access to the Silversands beach.
Nestled into the fynbos which provides privacy from the main house, the cottage comprises 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. The unit also has a sleeping nook with a three-quarter bed matres for an older child that is accessed by a small set of stairs. The rooms share the use of a bathroom with a shower and for convenience, linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven, a microwave, and a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table under the pergola on the verandah.
Guests can relax in the lounge which opens onto the covered verandah which overlooks the ocean and is equipped with gas braai facilities.
Secure parking is provided behind a gate next to the cottage. The main house's driveway runs next to the cottage but does not compromise the privacy of the cottage. Free Wi-Fi is available, and the cottage is equipped with an alarm system.
Betty's Bay offers various activities such as sandboarding, swimming, surfing, walking, and hiking trails, as well as various restaurants. Guests can also visit the Harold Porter Botanical Garden or the penguin colony at Stony Point.
