Seaview Loft is a self-catering unit with a private entrance, attached to the owner's main house in Melkbosstrand. The property is located within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

The unit can accommodate 3 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.

The living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, microwave, airfryer, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, and a washing machine. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable couches, a three-quarter bed and a TV with DStv channels. The loft has solar power and is not affected by loadshedding.

Guests can enjoy a meal at the dining table that overlooks Table Mountain.
