Description
Seaview Villa is a double-storey house that is situated in the picturesque little town of Yzerfontein. It is only a short distance away from the ocean and is surrounded by indigenous fynbos
The house comprises 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main en-suite bedroom is located on the first floor as well as the living area with an indoor braai, a lounge with a TV and an 6-seater dining room table. Leading out from the living area, is an outside patio overlooking the magnificent Atlantic Ocean.
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, with 2 bedrooms sharing a full bathroom with shower and separate bath. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a microwave, oven and hob, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board and a breakfast nook with chairs. There is also a washing machine available to guests.
The main bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed, whilst the third bedroom contains 2 single beds.
Outside, there is a large, enclosed garden with a big lawn for kids to play on or just soak up the sun. There is also a double lock-up garage available to guests.
