Description
The Shelley Park Manor is a self-catering apartment located on the top-floor of the 6-unit Shelley Park Manor complex. The complex is set on the beach, and is a mere 300 m walk from the St Michael’s swimming beach.
The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests and contains 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed with the first bedroom being on-suite and opening onto the balcony ocean side. The third and fourth bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The 2 bathrooms contain a bath and shower, toilet and washbasin with an additional guest toilet.
The kitchen, dining and living area are open-plan. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble-dryer as well as a breakfast bar with stools. There is also a bar area for evening entertainment. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and a ceiling fan. The lounge contains an L-shaped couch, ceiling fan and a TV with full DSTV bouquet. The living area opens to a covered balcony with outdoor dining furniture and a gas braai.
The Shelley Park Manor complex is very secure with electric gate, electric fencing and an alarm system. There is also a communal pool in the complex with adjacent braai facilities. Parking is available on-site.
