Description
This thatched double-storey townhouse, situated in the Shelley Point Estate and just 300m from the beach, is perfect for a tranquil family vacation. Take scenic walks, go cycling, swing a club on the 9-hole golf course or relax at the spa, there’s something for everyone!
The duplex comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 family bathrooms. Upstairs, the main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second bedroom a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom a double bed. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a basin.
The unit sleeps 6 but an extra person can be accommodated on a single bed in the living room at an additional rate per night. Please arrange this with your host well in advance.
The open-plan lower level features a living room with a comfy corner lounge suite, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, hob and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and other appliances. A separate scullery area contains a washing machine and tumble-dryer. The second bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin is located next to the scullery. The dining room leads to a shaded patio at the back which features outdoor furniture and a built-in braai.
Flat-screen televisions with OpenView DSTV (20 channels) can be found in the lounge and in the main bedroom. Use your own Netflix subscription on the smart TV in the lounge. Wi-Fi is available.
