Description
Shore Break is a fully furnished self-catering house located in the seaside village of Seaview, a mere 30 km from the Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) beachfront. The house is set on the water’s edge with a path down to the rocky shore below.
Shore Break can accommodate up to 12 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms each contain a double bed, and the fifth bedroom contains 2 single beds, an additional 2 guests can be accommodated on the sleeper couch in the lounge. The first bathroom contains a large shower, a corner bath, a toilet, and a washbasin. The second bathroom contains a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with an oven and a hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The dining area contains a large dining table and seating. The living area opens to a large enclosed patio with built-in braai facilities, a picnic bench, a built-in bar, and a pool table.
Outside, there is a lovely swimming pool and garden overlooking the ocean. This beachside home allows for whale and dolphin watching and bird watching and is the ideal beach getaway.
