Shorebreak is a charming double-storey house located in a secure complex situated in Southbroom. It offers self-catering accommodation perfect for family holidays or getaways with friends. This property is within 300 m walking distance to the beach.
This house has a sleeping capacity of 8 guests and comprises 4 tastefully furnished bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, a large kitchen, dining, living, and lounge area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share the use of a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The fourth bedroom is located outside the main house with its own separate entrance and is furnished with twin beds. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. There’s also a guest loo downstairs, as well as an outdoor shower. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there’s a dishwasher for guests’ convenience. The kitchen expands into the dining room with a 10-seater dining table and further expands to a lounge area. The main living room is comfortably furnished with couches, and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The living room opens up to a spacious patio with outdoor furniture, and a lawn area overlooking the ocean in a distance.
