Snyderskloof Karoo Cottage is a charming cottage built of stone collected from the veld, and it is nestled on a picturesque farm located 25 km from Matjiesfontein. Guests can enjoy a relaxing getaway experiencing the bright starry nights, magnificent views, and picturesque sunrises and sunsets of the Karoo.
The self-catering cottage comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The main bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. There are 2 single beds available in the living area. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a gas-operated geyser. For guests' convenience, linen, towels and hot water bottles are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate gas stove, a gas fridge with a freezer compartment, cooking utensils, a picnic basket and a flask. The lounge has a built-in fireplace, which doubles as a braai area and opens onto a wooden deck. A lapa and swimming pool with magnificent Karoo views are located outside the unit.
This unit does not have any electricity and is operated by gas appliances. Oil lamps and candles are provided.
