Description
Southport Sands is a beautifully decorated self-catering beach escape located directly on the beach in Southport, Port Shepstone. The house offers direct private beach access to a beach just 36 footsteps away. A Blue Flag swimming beach with lifeguards is just 200 m away, and the house offers easy access to 2 tidal pools of which the furthest is just 210 m away.
The house can accommodate up to 12 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first and second bedrooms each contain a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds, and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The third bedroom contains a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom contains 2 tri-bunk beds with a double bed bottom-bunk and a single bed top-bunk. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, chest freezer, washing machine, tumble-dryer and a dishwasher, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a 10-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains couches and a chair, and a 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix and a selection of DStv channels. Wi-Fi internet access is available. The lounge opens to a covered patio with outdoor dining furniture and a built-in braai.
The patio leads to a swimming pool with sun loungers. The house is pet friendly and has a secured garden. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.
