Pelican Cottage is situated 800 metres from the beach and yacht schools. This is a spacious self-contained garden studio garden.
The apartment has its own private entrance and has an open-plan layout. It can accommodate 2 guests very comfortably. The bedroom area contains a queen-size bed and a cupboard. The en-suite bathroom contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchenette is fitted with a fridge-freezer, washing machine, a 2-plate gas hob, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster.
