Speranza is a furnished self-catering house situated in the Laguna Sands Estate in Langebaan, near to Club Mykonos Resort and Casino, the Laguna Mall, and a medical centre.

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and an open-plan dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
