This unit is located on the same premises where the owner resides, but has a private entrance on the side of the house and can accommodate 4 guests. It is furnished with a king-size bed and 2 three-quarter beds. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, air fryer, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a dining table with chairs. The adjacent lounge is furnished with comfy couches, a smart TV, and Netflix. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
