Situated about a 40-minute drive from Cape Town International Airport, it offers easy access to the Cape Peninsula and renowned wine regions such as Tokai, Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Wellington, and Paarl.

The property features 4 units, 2 self-catering units, and 2 bed and breakfast units. Each unit is furnished with comfortable beds and an en-suite bathroom, fitted with either a bath, shower, or toilet.

The self-catering units include a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, gas plates, kettle, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
