Sun-decked Tranquillity is a charming self-catering unit located on the owner’s property, situated in a peaceful area in Lynwood, Pretoria, and is within easy reach of the N1, Menlo Park schools, CSIR International Convention Centre, and the University of Pretoria.

This 1-bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate 2 guests and is tastefully furnished with a double bed. It has a full bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast bar with stools. Additionally, there is also a dishwasher and washing machine for guests’ convenience. For coffee lovers, we have a bean to cup coffee machine with instructions to use.

The kitchen extends to the lounge furnished with a comfy couche and a Wi-Fi-enabled TV with IPTV (incl DSTV). Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi and a designated work desk.

The apartment is situated upstairs with a separate entrance and features an outside decked area which is ideal for sundowners or simply unwinding.

It has parking for 1 car on premise, it should be noted that it is a shared space. It can comfortably park 2 cars, and we asked guests to park accordingly.

A starter pack is provided for guests' convenience, and there is a cafe as well as various restaurants within easy reach of the property. The nearby Hazelwood Market takes place every Saturday while the Gautrain bus stop is also a short distance away.
