Sundowner Loft is a beautifully restored Heritage Stone House, located in the old town and boasting magnificent sea views. The main part of the house is a 2-bedroom Cottage with The Stone House also featuring a Loft Apartment. The house can accommodate up to 7 guests.
The Loft is fitted with wooden flooring, a king-size bed, a dining area with a recycled teak table as well as a sleeper couch in the lounge corner with a TV and DVD player. A small library with books and DVDs available for guests to enjoy. The kitchenette is equipped with a small stove, toaster, a fridge as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
The cottage is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with an open-plan living area. The cottage features a fireplace, a retro sofa with satellite TV and a wooden dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, gas stove, electric oven and tea and coffee-making facilities. The main bedroom with sea views is fitted with a double bed, workspace and en-suite bathroom with shower only.
The second garden-view bedroom is also fitted with a double bed, workspace and en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The cottage has a garden and braai area with great views of the harbour. There is a separate garden which offers 2 lazy chairs under a shady Mahogany tree, a fire bowl, a wooden dining table as well as extra braai facilities on the deck.
