Sunrise on Hibiscus is a stunning double-storey self-catering home situated close to Margate’s main beaches and various shopping centres. The large house has full sea and beach views.
Sunrise on Hibiscus can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The first, second and third bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The first bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. This room has a door opening to the patio. The second bedroom contains a double bed and has a door opening to the patio. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom containing a bath and a shower a toilet and a washbasin. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs and contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. This room opens to its own balcony.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and a breakfast bar with 5 stools. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table with chairs. The cosy lounge features couches, and a flat-screen TV. The lounge opens to a patio with outdoor dining furniture, and a built-in braai. Down a few steps there is a large swimming pool that invites you to cool down.
At the side of the house, there is a covered and sheltered braai area with a built-in braai, a 6-seater wooden dining table and chairs, and a built-in braai.
There is a double garage to park your cars. The property is linked to armed response and all opening windows and doors have security gates.
