Description
This apartment is located in Kleinmond on the second floor of the owner’s property which overlooks a beautiful garden. The ground floor unit is permanently occupied but is separated from the apartment by a steel fence to ensure guest’s privacy.
This unit sleeps 4 adults and 2 children and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom has 1 double bed and 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. There are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms and linen is provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s a dining table with chairs and the living room is furnished with a comfortable couch and a flat-screen TV. This areas further extends into the rest of the living room furnished with a lounge suite and a gas braai.
The sliding doors open onto the balcony where guests can enjoy the ocean views and stunning sunsets. Secure parking is available on the premises for 2 vehicles only. 1 Car can be parked in the garage and the other under a roof. Solar power lights illuminate the garden at night and a battery system provides light in all the rooms. Only mobile phones can be charged and the television can be used during power outages.
