Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
This property is not to be used as a party venue. Any issues reported by neighbours or complaints of loud music from the holiday home will be addressed promptly, and guests may be asked to leave without a refund.
When leaving the house unoccupied at any time, please ensure that the doors are locked and the alarm is set using the remote. This also applies when checking out.
The number of occupants should not exceed the agreed-upon limit as per the reservation at any time for any reason.
Visitors must obtain permission from the property owners before entering the premises. All visitors do so at their own risk. Unauthorized visitors will be asked to leave.
Pets are not allowed unless prior consent is obtained from the management.
Vehicles should be parked only in designated areas.
Please bring your own bath and beach towels. Due to the water restrictions we unfortunately have to conserve water and in our efforts we are no longer able to supply bath towels to guests, please also note that guest are no longer allowed to make use of the baths and only showering will be permitted. If you need assistance with towels, please contact Freda. We apologies' in advance for any inconvenience cause
Due to water restrictions, please conserve water and report any leaking taps immediately. The property reserves the right to address water misuse.
Our properties have been fitted with restrictors and daily allowance of 50L per person needs to be adhered to or the restrictors will be activated by the municipality. Please note that we do not have control on these restrictors and water wasted by guests resulting in water being restricted by the municipality cannot be made the owner's responsibility
The bathrooms operate on a septic tank system. Please only flush toilet paper and refrain from flushing foreign objects down the toilets. Bins are provided in bedrooms and bathrooms. Guests will be responsible for any plumber fees incurred due to negligence resulting in blocked toilets.
Please do not rearrange furniture within the premises. Indoor furniture should not be taken outside. Any damages to the floors will result in charges to the guest.
Fires should only be made in designated areas, and guests are encouraged to help conserve nature.
Upon departure, ensure that the premises are generally tidy, and all dishes are washed and put away. Leave the kitchen in the same condition as found, or additional cleaning fees may apply.
