Description
Suntrap is central to the CBD on the 5 km shoreline promenade in Ballito and is a much sought-after up-market complex due to its perfect holiday location. It is located on the beachfront with no road crossings and is ideal for lazy strolls along the beach, swimming beaches and a short walk from the well-known very popular Granny’s Pool that is safe for children to swim.
Santrap 2 is a ground-floor apartment with stairs leading to the unit. It can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a TV with DStv and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds and share the use of a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located countertop with chairs where guests can prepare and enjoy their meals. In addition, there’s a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer for guests’ convenience. It leads out to the lounge furnished with comfortable couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi.
The patio boasts panoramic sea views with a charcoal braai and is perfect for alfresco dining. Guests can enjoy their morning cup of coffee here, or enjoy a sundowner whilst watching the sunset over the waters.
Guests are afforded secure parking with a single allocated carport and 1 guest parking behind an automated gate. They have direct access to the beach and a communal fenced and gated swimming pool.
The apartment has an inverter which powers the lights, main bedroom, aircon in the lounge, TV, DStv, Wi-FI and microwave.
