Description

Swaan Gastehuis is a charming cottage located on a fruit farm in the Banhoek Valley surrounded by the Simons- and Drakenstein mountains. The cottage is ideal for a small family of 4 people, or for business travelers.

The cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Both bedrooms are furnished each with a double bed. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a basin. Linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen contains an oven-microwave combination, two-burner gas stove-snappy chef, fridge-freezer, and cutlery and crockery. There is also free Wi-Fi and full DStv. The cottage is fenced and has a kennel so guests are welcome to bring their pets. Under cover parking is available.

The property is centrally located between the winelands of Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschhoek, and only 7 km from Stellenbosch.

There are also solar panels, 2 batteries and an inverter that provides backup power during load shedding.
