Former home of a well known South African artist, The Attic & Below has 2 charming self-catering apartments, ideally situated in Main Street, Clarens, just a short walk from Clarens Square. The Attic & Below has an upstairs apartment and a large downstairs unit. With views of the mountains and the trees, The Attic & Below is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Accommodation comprises 2 units which include the The Upstairs Apartment and The Downstairs Apartment.
The Upstairs Apartment is an open plan apartment that can accommodate 4 guests and features a queen-size bed and 2 single beds. The en-suite bathroom comes fitted with a shower, bath, basin and toilet. The open plan kitchenette is well equipped for self-catering featuring a gas stove & oven, microwave and fridge. Other facilities include a lounge space, a dining area, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a TV with selected DStv channels (guest house package), Wi-Fi and braai facilities on the balcony.
The Downstairs Apartment is an open plan apartment that can accommodate 4 guests and features a queen-size bed and 2 single beds. The en-suite bathroom comes fitted with a shower over bath, basin and a separate toilet. The open plan kitchen is well equipped for self-catering featuring a gas stove & oven, microwave and fridge.
