Description

The Fairway is a beautiful guest room located on a private property but totally separate from the main house. The property is situated in the ‘garden city’ of Pinelands in Cape Town, which is 10 minutes from Cape Town International Airport and the City Centre. The suburb has a world class restaurant and comprehensive shopping centre within a 1 km radius.

The Fairway is conveniently situated 1km from Vincent Pallotti Hospital and 1.5kms from The Red Cross Children's Hospital allowing parents an ideal place to stay while their loved ones are being attended to.

The Fairway can accommodate up to 2 guests and has an open-plan layout. The bedroom area contains either a Super King size bed or 2 x 3/4 beds with a cupboard and clothes hanging facilities. The en-suite bathroom contains a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Bedding and towels are provided.

The recent addition of a kitchenette, dining and outside area have allowed the Fairway to cater for those travelers wanting to extend their stay.Equipped with a mini-stove, microwave, toaster and all the cutlery necessary to prepare a home cooked meal.

The apartment has a ceiling fan, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with selective cable channels. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available. It also has a bar-fridge and coffee and tea making facilities.
