Description

The Lark @ De Weiglhuys Farm is an open-plan self-catering studio with a private entrance, covered patio and enclosed garden. The studio is located on a working farm, approximately 6.5 km from Tulbagh town, the farm entrance is centred between the 2 Tulbagh town entrances.

The studio can accommodate up to 2 guests and contains a double bed, a shower en-suite with a toilet, a washbasin, and a galley-style kitchenette. The kitchenette is simplistic but well-equipped with a microwave, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery. There is a ceiling fan for the hot summer days and sufficient blankets for the cold winters. You also have access to Wi-Fi and a TV with OpenView channels.

The covered patio offers a 4-seater table and chairs to enjoy dining outside. There is also a bench to relax on. The rustic small garden has a cold water shower for the summer and a cosy fire pit for the traditional South African braai. Firewood and braai wood is for sale on the farm.

We have 4 farm resident dogs and 2 cats roaming the property. You will hear and spot our white barn owls that reside in one of the old water tanks on a tower and the roosters in the morning hours.
