The Liferboat is a self-catering apartment located on the entire 1st floor of the owner's property. Situated in Port Owen, Velddrif on the banks of the Berg River. The unit can accommodate 4 adults. From the apartment you have uninterrupted views of the Berg River and Picketberg mountain ranges.
The apartment has 1 double and one single bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower, kitchen and a large family room opening onto a large balcony with braai facilities. The double bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and there are 2 single beds in each of the single bedroom and the family room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast nook.
There is a jetty for mooring a boat and fishing and swimming is allowed off the jetty.
The owners are on hand to assist with any local information or specific needs.

The family room is equipped with MY Family Cinema and opens onto a large balcony with braai facilities. The entire unit is covered by Fiber Wi-Fi at no additional cost.
The unit is situated on the Admiral Island canal a tributary of the Berg River. Guests have access to a private jetty on site, from which they can launch and explore the river or the Atlantic Ocean, should they wish to bring their boat. Small paddle craft is available on-site to explore the abundant bird life, and fish or just navigate the river and local waterways. Guests can book a sightseeing trip along the Berg River from Step Lightly River Cruises.
