The main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. The third and fourth bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The Third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath, shower, basin and toilet. All necessary bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Each bedroom is equipped with large built-in cupboards, clothes hangers, and air conditioning. Additionally, three bedrooms open up to a spacious, well-furnished deck with fantastic views.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as cutlery and crockery. There's a separate laundry with a tumble dryer and washing machine for added convenience.
The living and entertainment area flows onto a generous patio with furniture, an unnetted pool, and a sheltered braai area. The house offers the following amenities: an inverter, DStv, Wi-Fi, and braai facilities. Additionally, there's a TV lounge with DStv and portable air-conditioning for guests' comfort.
The property is secured with beams, armed response, an electric gate, and fencing. A small safe for valuables is available in the house. Parking is within the property; however, there are no garages available, but it is secure.
