Description
The Pearl is a modern and contemporary self-catering home, overlooking the Indian Ocean, located in Seaview, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). Guests can spend their holiday feasting their eyes on the beautiful views of the Indian Ocean as the dolphins swim by, watch the sunset from the balcony with a glass of South Africa's finest, or watch the whales that visit in winter.
The house can accommodate up to 10 guests and contains 3 bedrooms in the main house and a 2-bedroom cottage below the main house. The first bedroom in the main house contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom in the main house features a double bed while the third bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is also an additional family bathroom. The private cottage, located below the main house, features a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with twin beds.
The kitchen, dining and living area are open-plan. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble-dryer and ample storage. The lounge contains a TV with full DStv while the living area leads out to a balcony with 180-degree sea views.
The Pearl has 2 outside braai areas, 1 on the balcony and a second on a sunny patio. The house is protected by an alarm system and a double remote-controlled garage is provided.
