The Sink-Shack is a rustic self-catering, semi off-grid hideout tucked away in a valley close to a dried riverbed in Kransfontein, Joubertina, perfect for the nature lover seeking that true out-in-the-wild getaway.
The shack features an open-plan layout consisting of a bedroom, lounge, and kitchen, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The bedroom area is furnished with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. The bathroom is located in a separate shack, which is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet available.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a gas fridge-freezer, a gas stove and oven, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounge area includes a dining table, a fireplace, and comfortable seating. The shack opens onto a patio with outdoor seating.
There is no cellphone reception and no electricity. This accommodation boasts a panoramic view of native fynbos, as well as a fire pit with a wood-fired hot tub.
