Description
The Sundowner is a charming self-catering holiday home located in the heart of Gordon's Bay. This is a great pitstop for a family or a group of friends wanting to explore the Stellenbosch Winelands as well as the beach as it is only 5 minutes away. This home boasts lovely views of the ocean and mountains from the deck.
This property can accommodate a total of 6 adults and 2 children at a time as it comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom opens onto the front wooden deck and is furnished with a king-size bed. It also includes a TV and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, the third bedroom has a double bed and the fourth bedroom is a children’s room with 2 single elevated mattresses. A shower-over-bath is available in the second bathroom, while the third bathroom is an outdoor bathroom fitted with a shower.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with DStv. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Adjacent to the lounge is a dining space with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together.
Downstairs there is an indoor entertainment area with a lounging corner, a TV and a pool table. The top level of the home opens onto a wooden deck with comfortable outdoor seating and is a great spot for a morning coffee while admiring the views. The lower level opens onto a shaded patio with a picnic table, a hammock and a built-in braai. This patio leads onto a lush green garden and a swimming pool for guests to cool off on those hot summer days.
