Cleanliness needs to really improve.

I hate rating negatively but I believe it will help them improve. Our room was not clean, the couch in the lounge area had dirty spots on it, the throw blanket was extremely smelly, the crockery was not clean. We had to wash our glasses and cups right from the cabinet before using them. The toilet bucket needed cleaning around it. We were surprised that we were charged for cleaning services yet we were told that the apartment will only be cleaned after we've checked out. Parking is a huge challenge; have extra budget to pay for your daily parking, otherwise you will park down the busy street at night. Be warned that there's only sheer curtains on the windows, no blockout or any other curtains. Other than that, the apartment looks good from the surface. I liked their security check-in; at least we felt safe. Since there's clubs down the street, we had disturbing screams from people coming from those clubs at night.
