We announced our arrival 40min in advance via Whatsapp and were still waiting for someone to show up. Lab Refresh is not indicated anywhere at the address which is better known as Wiesenhof. If the directions (Wiesenhof premises) would indicate whether Lab Refresh will send directions or a location the day you check in, it would help a lot. . There are still certainly more bugs & frustrations with their electronic keyless system. As a result of this, as well as an unpleasant drain smell in room 1, we were moved to another, smaller room. The pool rooms unfortunately offer no privacy, unless you lower the roller blinds completely, then you are in a closed, small, dark room. A one-way privacy film on the windows/doors would help a lot so that you can at least keep the blinds open without everyone who walks right in front of your door or uses the pool looking into your room.
